The Federation of the Jewish Communities in Romania ((ルーマニア語、モルドバ語():Federatia Comunitatilor Evreiesti din Romania), FCER) is an ethnic minority political party in Romania representing the Jewish community. ==History== The FCER contested the 1996 general elections, receiving 12,746 votes (0.1%) and winning a single seat in the Chamber of Deputies under the electoral law allowing political parties representing ethnic minority groups to be exempt from the electoral threshold only applied as long as they received 10% of the vote required for a single seat in the Chamber of Deputies.〔(1992 Parliamentary Elections: Chamber of Deputies ) University of Essex〕〔Nohlen, D & Stöver, P (2010) ''Elections in Europe: A data handbook'', p1585 ISBN 978-3-8329-5609-7〕 The party has won a seat in every election since.
